291/366 Norther Flicker

I've seen evidence of Northern Flickers in our yard for a while (lines of ~1/8mm holes in trees) for a while now, but I hadn't actually seen a Northern Flicker in our yard until today. A pair of them were kind enough to hang out not-too-far from my back door, so I was able to get a good shot of one of them with my FujiFilm X-E2 with the 55-200mm lens on it.
