326/366 Light scattering and differential absorption

I am beginning a section on Optical Imaging in my course on Introduction to Biomedical Imaging Methods. I thought this was a good demo showing the effect of differential absorption of visible light (red-shift in the perceived source color) and scattering (light can be seen from the side only when scattering occurs).
