347/366 Playing with softbox angles
I have been playing around lately with off camera flash in a LumiQuest softbox (a small softbox that's about a 12" square), and am just trying to get a sense for how distances and angles affect the quality of the light from the flash (at this stage, I'm sort of skirting the 1/r^2 light drop-off by using a flash with TTL for now). Here are a few shots my daughter kindly let me get of her earlier today.
Softbox just out of frame, slightly to camera left.
Softbox just out of frame about 30 degrees off center to camera left.
Softbox about 60 degrees off center line to camera left.
